## :bug: Airship-triggered Toggle cards don't create transaction discount

Fixed a bug where Airship triggered Toggle cards didn't have an associated "Initial discount value" on the liability report.\
\
We have also ran an update query to backdate this fix with existing Airship-Toggle cards.
