🛻 Toggle/Airship Single Use Voucher integration

You can now use Airship Single Use Vouchers in Toggle. One adding the Airship Integration in Toggle and creating a Unique Code Group in Airship Rewards you will see the new 'Airship Promotion' promotion type in the Toggle Dashboard. Key Features: * Once set up in Toggle and Airship you can redeem the unique codes in your toggle store * Once redeemed, the unique code will be marked as such in Airship. * Each unique code must be unique across your Toggle and Airship account.

Some countries require the state or province field to be included in the billing address. This is now required for US and Canadian issued cards.
