🎫 New feature release - FOC Tickets

• Allows issuance of FOC tickets via the dashboard.

• Ticket email delivery is now separated from the receipt email.

  • Customers will now receive 1 x receipt email and 1 x ticket email.

• Improvements to the 'Create new order' ui.
