# 09/11/2023 Update Front of House and Guest Service role permissions

## :ok\_hand:Permissions changes for Front of House and Guest Service roles

* Merged Front of House Staff and Manager roles (all users who did have Front of House Manager now have Staff)
* Front of House Staff has permission to log in to POS mode and redeem tickets and cards
* Guest Service has same POS mode permissions as Front of House Staff but can also access dashboard to view data sections and view orders and cards

Note: users with these roles should log out and log back into the dashboard / pos mode for changes to take affect.
