08/10/2025 - Various UX improvements when configuring promotions

We've made a few minor amendments to the promotions configuration page, which we hope will improve the UX.

• "Limit promotion to one eligible product per basket?" option is now unselected by default, prompting the user to explicitly make a selection.

• A promotion's validity window (determined by the start & end dates selected in the two calendar widgets) is now summarized underneath, in text.

• Ticket-type products (that cannot inherently have promotions applied to them) no longer appear in the drop-down when "specific products" is selected.
