**Language consistency**

Updated the language around Toggle Champions on screen and in reports to change any mention \
of 'referrers' to 'champions' and ''claimers' to 'friends'.\

The gift card on the signup page now uses the page colour rather than the background colour

## :bug: Bug fixes

**Dashboard bug fixes**

Fixed a bug where the dashboard won't let you delete a ticket price if there is only one. 

Makes `sales tax` a required field, and shows a validation error if no input has been made.
