Language consistency

Updated the language around Toggle Champions on screen and in reports to change any mention of 'referrers' to 'champions' and ''claimers' to 'friends'. 🧑‍💻Ella

Dashboard bug fixes

Fixed a bug where the dashboard won't let you delete a ticket price if there is only one.

Makes sales tax a required field, and shows a validation error if no input has been made.
